Thanks John for the briefing. Just one question re cut-off times. You said 17:30 at Beinglas. This does not apply to relay teams, does it? We have a pre-Fling meeting with our 2 ladies' teams tomorrow so would be grateful for any confirmation before then. We are currently calculating around max 3 hours for last leg which means arriving at Beinglas at 6pm at the latest.
