Depends on the distance and how hard!

The Kintyre Way Ultra now has 3 options

• 35½ miles, 900m ascent, start at Tayinloan, 9am
  
• 45 miles, 1000m ascent, start at Clachan, 8am
  
• 67 miles, 1700m ascent, start at Tarbert, 6am
  

all finishing in Campbeltown, where you get showers, massage, food and ceilidh.

Can't guarantee weather same as Fling, but in June it probably will be!
