this will be my first ultra and was looking for some tips on what to put in my drop bags? Got a rough idea but i might be missing a trick somewhere . If anyone has any advice on add ins or wouldn't bother, that would be great.

Good Luck, i will be leaving 200ml of water and sachets of Boots Pharmaceuticals Rehydration Treatment. oh, and loads of instant carbs - my fav (chocolate raisins) will watch closely for others recommendations, interesting to hear what others include.

In my experience the two facts about drop bags are (1) You never use about 50% of what you put in them and (2) there is no 'correct' formula - everybody is different.
I will be putting in food I have trained with and have a mix of sweet and savory food ( I prefer savory normal food such as turkey sandwiches or peanut butter), flat coke, milkshake, grapes and Nunn tablets.
Going to try beef jerky and pork scratchings in my training this year so may include some of if they work.
