After a long lay-off with injury I'm ready to hit the WHW again. I know it's not that long to go now but I'd like to get one or two runs in on the WHW before then.
Anyone got any plans between now and then for a training run on the WHW?

Hi Tim Glad your back to it.
I am doing Ben Nevis hill reps this weekend so thats out.
The weekend of the 21,22 was supposed to be doing Connamara but thinking about not going, Karen has ITB problems and I am not sure I want to run that far on the road, so might be up for something then.

Thank for the offer but I think I will do my reps on the North Downs here in Kent seeing you are getting all that snow.

yea looks like my plans could be screwed for the weekend, half Ben perhaps if not then might get reps on Devils Staircase , going up to Fort Bill in any case see what i can do.
