Accommodation in Tyndrum has become very scarce for "Fling" Saturday. However, at Easter, Pinetrees Caravan Park will be opening for the season and they have "Camping Pods" (small wooden huts) to hire, and space to camp or put caravans or campervans. They have a toilet block and laundrette.
Pinetrees is approx. 400 metres from the finish line and can be contacted on 01838-400243 or info@pinetreescaravanpark.co.uk

I have just canceled a single room at the Tyndrum Lodge. So if you do not hang around you might get it.

Pine Trees is now open and does have camping pods, aka Hikers Huts.

They're NOT yet full on 25 Apr, but the smaller pods sleep 4 (at £25) and I'll be on my own. Anyone interested in sharing?

Most unhappily, due to injury, I've had to pull out of fling but have been offerd a place in relay instead. To cut a long story short I've just cancelled a twin room at the Tyndrum Lodge which should be available in the next hour or so if anyone' interested. I'm really annoyed and grumpy....stupid leg
